Previously on Bound: Good Books to Read Out Loud

The shortlist for the E.B. White Read Aloud Awards has been announced. You remember good ole Elwyn, right? Mr. Charlotte's Web/Elements of Style/Stuart Little?

The titles below, chosen by booksellers, are "nominated for their universal appeal as “terrific” books to read aloud." And since it is booksellers doing the choosing you can be sure they live up to the hype! If you want to read why the committee picked a book, download the list here.

The winners will be announced in late May and we'll be sure to share. If I had my druthers, it would be "The Curious Garden" and "Where the Mountain Meets the Moon"! And, HELLO?!?! Could the award BE any cooler? Look at that:
